CARRIE RUTHER - HOME BAKER, CAKE DESIGNER
Founded in 2020, Ruther's Sweetie Pies is a small home-based bake shop located in between Sebeka and New York Mills at the Ruther's small family farm. We offer a creative menu of sweet and savory pies, breads, cookies, bakes, and pastries lovingly prepared.

Carrie's passion for baking began at a young age. Always in charge of baking birthday cakes for the family. As time went on she worked as a baker in the Brainerd lakes area until she moved to Sebeka to be with her now husband Justin. In 2020 the inspiration hit to start selling some of her baked goods and she launched Ruther's Sweetie Pies just in time for Thanksgiving. As her passion grew so did her skills and love for the complexity of cake design and sugar cookie decorating. Keeping the small home-made feel without losing beauty.
